Because I live near Sajin Bridge, before going there, a local friend of mine in Xi 'an also said that the food there is very local and they often go there as locals. So I went there for lunch for three consecutive days. But most of them don't quite suit my taste as a native of Northeast China. Of course, it's hard to please everyone. Just because I don't like them doesn't mean they're not delicious! Here's a one-sentence summary of the flavors of these stores for everyone.

Picture 1 and Picture 2: Liu Xin's stir-fried Pao Mo. I ordered stir-fried beef and mutton in a bun. There were a lot of people dining. The stir-fried beef had a medicinal smell, was slightly sour and spicy, and the beef was a bit tough. I didn't like it. Mutton pao mo is a bit more appetizing than beef stir-fry, but it's only a little better. My mom said it wasn't even as delicious as the one she had at a mutton pao Mo restaurant in Guangxi. The meatballs were very hard, the soup had a strong pepper flavor, and all the other side dishes were also hard. I only took a couple of bites and then stopped eating. It wasn't as good as the spicy soup from Henan.

Figure 5: Lao Bai's Sweet Shop. Milk, eggs and sweet rice wine compete in height!! Sweet, fragrant and warm, this season couldn't be more suitable! The boss gave a lot of dried nuts inside, and they tasted very fragrant.

Figure 6: Sheng Zhiwang Sesame Paste Stuffed skin. It's okay. It tastes similar to the sesame paste stuffed skin in Northeast China, but it's a bit sour. It's similar to other places, so there's no need to come here specially. The meat sandwiches at his place taste okay, but none of them are particularly impressive.

Figure 7: Lao Yu's Red Willow Grilled Meat. Ten yuan per skewer is a bit expensive. The mutton has a good balance of fat and lean meat and is very fragrant when grilled.

Figure 8: Steamer Cake. I got there a bit late. The fat man's Zenggao was sold out, so I just bought a random one by the roadside. It's unexpectedly sweet and fragrant. Those who like the sticky texture will surely love it!

Figure 9: The persimmons of Liu Ming in Hui Fang are rotten and collapsed. It's quite delicious. The persimmon flavor is very strong, but it's true that it's very oily. Especially when it gets cold, the mouth is full of oil. One is enough. Don't buy more! Similarly, the Huangjia persimmon cake is also very oily and sweet.

Figure 10: Handmade rose-baked buns. Freshly cooked ones will be a bit better, but if left for too long, they will become dry and the taste won't be good. It tastes very sweet and fragrant. The inner layer is filled with rose filling and various dried fruits. It is very fragrant, very substantial and very filling.

Figure 11: Lao Yang's egg and vegetable sandwich. The fillings inside are very rich, including rose pickles, peanuts, salted egg yolks and fried eggs, etc. The taste is actually good, but it's a bit salty. Also, the bread on the outside is too dry and hard.

I also tried the Xiangtuya crispy cakes and Jinggao from the street, but neither was good. They were so bad that I didn't even bother to take pictures. The Xiangtuya Crispy cakes with red beans and peas were particularly sweet, and the fillings inside were quite hard. The mirror cake tastes like dough. It is recommended not to buy from either of these two places

I feel that except for the oil tea and twisted dough sticks, I have almost tried all the delicacies recommended online at Sajin Bridge. I don't like most of them and I don't want to try them again. It's hard to please everyone. Everyone has different feelings. I'll just write it down casually to help you all get rid of the pitfalls
